Added Linux and MacOS Platforms

Hello!
I've rebuilt the game differently in hopes of fixing the white screen issue that some people are experiencing.
I've also added a Linux and a macOS build.
Unfortunately, I don't have a way to test the macOS build.
(I tested the Linux version on Ubuntu, and it works correctly)
